I think it's no surprise by now, that the editor/writer of these blog posts is a big fan of Mathematics. And one of the editor's favourite things in mathematics is how it is often derived from observing natural phenomena.

The Voronoi patterns mentioned in the video should seem familiar to some of you who've been studying science and chemistry in your own time. But for those who are curious, if there's sufficient demand for it, we can arrange for a blog post in the future covering it a bit more.
