To Infinity (Temperature)... And Beyond.
Temperature can be measured in a couple of of ways.
For example, degrees Celsius (British standard) is a standard for the temperature at which pure water freezes. Degrees Fahrenheit (American standard), on the other hand, is the freezing temperature of brine (ice, water and ammonium chloride).
But to fully understand temperature, we must look to degrees Kelvin, the absolute measurement of thermal motion. What lies in wait for us, at negative Kelvin temperatures, are the opposite of negative Celsius or Fahrenheit temperatures - It gets hotter. Way, way hotter than what should be deemed acceptable.
